What is a module?
A module is a self-contained section or feature designed to enable specific types of user engagement or activity. It is used to structure and organise different functions such as discussions, voting, surveys, idea submissions, or collaborative tasks within the platform. Each module focuses on a particular form of participation, making it easier for users to interact with content and for initiators to manage input and feedback efficiently.
What else can be part of a project?
In addition to participation modules, adhocracy+ also allows Offline Events to be added to a project. These events provide information about planned in-person activities that are part of the project, helping to fully integrate offline components into the project page. Events are displayed alongside participation modules in a shared timeline, enabling the creation of hybrid participation projects on adhocracy+ tailored to your specific needs.
How many modules can be integrated into a project?
Short answer: As many as you need. However, to keep a project clear and easy to understand, we recommend limiting the number of modules and events wherever possible. At the same time, combining different modules within a single project can be very useful, especially when your participation process includes multiple stages. For example, you might collect ideas in one module and then use another module to discuss or prioritise the most promising contributions.
